WORLD AIDS DAY

It's More Than Just a Ribbon!

It’s more than a ribbon. It’s remembering everyone lost to HIV. It’s a promise to support people living with HIV. It’s a pledge to end new cases of HIV by 2030. It’s a stand against HIV stigma. This World AIDS Day, as we remember those we’ve lost to HIV, join with our community to promise, pledge and take a stand for people living with HIV – because it’s more than a ribbon.

Donate below to help us end new cases of HIV in the UK by 2030.

Ways to Celebrate World Aids Day

Hold a Bake Sale! ❤️

Get together with your colleagues and hold your own bake sale to raise money for World AIDS Day and Terrence Higgins Trust.

To make it even more meaningful, you could use a red ribbon theme to symbolise awareness and support for those affected by HIV/AIDS.

You could also sell red ribbons alongside your bake sale too and all proceeds from your cakes and ribbon sales can go towards supporting research, treatment and education.

Join the Red Run. ❤️

For those of you that love to be active, why not join the Red Run at Victoria Park on 23rd November!

This 10K run is a fantastic opportunity to raise money for the Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) and support their important work in the fight against HIV.

Whether you're an experienced runner or just looking to get involved in a great cause, taking part in the Red Run helps raise both funds and awareness. Be a part of this impactful event to show your support for THT's vital work.

Make Your Own Red Ribbons. ❤️

Get involved by making your own red ribbons to sell and raise money!

Follow these step-by-step instructions on how to create these iconic symbols of HIV awareness.

We'd encourage you to get involved with your teams and sending them to THT, who will then sell the ribbons to raise funds for their crucial work.

This is a great way to support the cause with a hands-on activity, and each ribbon you create helps raise money and awareness in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
